Germany does not plan leaving EFSM

The Constitutional Court of Germany has approved participation in the European Financial Stabilization Mechanism (EFSM), President of the Court Andreas Voßkuhle said, RIA Novosti reports.

Germany will contribute €190 billion to the mechanism.
