Blast in Hakkari, Turkey, kills 4, wounds 5

A blast in the Turkish province of Hakkari killed 4 officers and wounded 5 more, Trend cites CNN Turk as saying.

The blast was allegedly organized by militants of the illegal Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
