Iran and EU continue nuclear talks

Iran and the European Union held a new round of nuclear talks in Istanbul last week, Trend reports.

Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council Sayid Jalili and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton agreed to meet in Istanbul on Tuesday.

Jalili will visit Ankara on Monday and meet Turkish officials.

The previous talks on the Iranian nuclear program were held in Moscow in June and achieved no results.
