IAEA to discuss international nuclear security

Attendants of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will have a general conference on September 17-19 to discuss international cooperation in nuclear development and radiation security and fulfillment of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty in China, RIA Novosti reports.

IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano will attend the 56th session of the conference with a roundup of 2012 and developments.

Russia’s Rosatom Chief Sergey Kiriyenko will make a report on development of nuclear technologies in Russia and international cooperation in peaceful nuclear energy.
