Georgia to form new privatization agency

The Georgian Ministry for Economy and Sustainable Development has launched the National Agency for State Property, Trend reports.

The structure will work on privatization, transfer of right to use and manage enterprises with state shares.

The agency is operating at the Justice House in Tbilisi and service centers of the Income Administration. Service centers will offer purchases or use of state property in October.

The Georgian Ministry for Economy and Sustainable Development will supervise the agency.
