IAEA cannot guarantee peaceful Iranian nuclear program – Yukiya Amano

Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano said at the general conference that agency cannot guarantee that Iran does not develop nuclear weapons, RIA Novosti reports.

Amano expressed hope for a fruitful dialogue with Tehran on the nuclear problem.

He added that the North Korean nuclear program, uranium enrichment and reactor construction caused concerns.
