Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has denied accusations of composing a secret “list of suiciders” of his political opponents, RIA Novosti reports.
There have been numerous suspicions that Kadyrov was behind murders in Dubai, Istanbul and Vienna. Three Chechens suspected of being militants were killed in Istanbul in autumn 2011, BBC reports.
Kadyrov accused militant leader Doku Umarov and Ahmed Zakayev living in England of the murders.
