Sochi leads in real estate price decline

The highest decline in Russia in real-estate prices was seen in Sochi, Tolyatti and Bryansk in the first half of 2010, RIA Novosti reports.

Prices in Sochi, host of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, fell by 6.9%, reaching 83,000 roubles ($2,600) for a square meter.
