Protest rally at Georgian Embassy in London

The Georgian Embassy in London has seen thousands of protesters from all over the country demanding punishments for torturers of convicts, Georgia Online reports.

Protesters demanded Ambassador Georgy Badridze and other diplomats to come out and hear their position. Badridze did come out, but his appearance provoked another scandal.

Someone shouted “Broom!” The ambassador responded “Shove the broom up your ass!” Such reply of the ambassador caused ambiguous reaction in London and Tbilisi.
