Gryzlov comforts Caucasian ecologists

Construction of new tourist facilities in the North Caucasus will not
have a negative effect on the ecological situation in the region, the
head of the Russian State Duma Boris Gryzlov said, RIA Novosti
reports.

He said that construction is being carried out without damaging
forests or water resources, and that anti-landslide measures are being
taken. Gryzlov added that similar technologies are being used in
building Sochi Olympic facilities.
