Police investigator killed in Kabardino-Balkaria

A police investigator has been killed near his house in the village of Zaykovo in Russia's North Caucasus republic of Kabardino-Balkar, reports ITAR-TASS, citing police.
"Unidentified criminals fired upon him at about 10 p.m. on Monday." the source said.

This is the third case of infringement on the police representatives’ lives in twenty-four hours in this region.
