Turkish military make new raid in Iraq

The Turkish Air Forces have attacked bases of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in the northern part of Iraq, Trend reports on Monday.

The conflict of Turkey and PKK, a terrorist organization striving for independence of Kurdistan, has been ongoing for over 25 years. The UN and EU recognize PKK as a terrorist organization.
