Power cut occurs in Chechnya’s Gudermessky District

14,100 people experienced a power cut at Kokkeldy, Bilty-Yurt, Kadi-Yurt, Verkhny Noyber and Ishkhoy-Yurt of the Gudermessky District of Chechnya at 11.32 pm, RIA Novosti reports.

Social facilities did not suffer from the power cut.
