12 thousand people still have no water supply in Derbent

Some 12 thousand people still have no water supply in the Dagestani city of Derbent, RIA Novosti cites the local office of the ministry for emergency situations as saying.

"On Thursday gas supplies to all households were restored, but 12 thousand people still have no water supply," the source said.

As VK reported earlier, severe floods struck Derbent on Wednesday due to heavy rains.
