After the well-known "shooting at the wedding in Moscow," many of the media are talking about the imbalance in the Russian-Caucasian relations. At the morning radio show, Vladimir Solovyov raised the subject of behavior of Caucasians in Moscow. Then he began to express his thoughts in extremely insulting way for the representatives of the Chechen people.

I, journalist Mairbek Abuezidov, turned to the republican Prosecutor's Office. On October 11, 2012 I handed to the Prosecutor's Office of the Chechen Republic my claim and the recording of radio morning show by Vladimir Solovyov and Anna Shafran.

In our opinion, the statements of Vladimir Solovyov insult the peoples of Russia. We also believe that these statements provoke incitement of ethnic hatred, and it was decided to ask the prosecutor to determine: whether the statements of Vladimir Solovyov contain specific facts that violate the legitimate interests and rights of the citizens of the Russian Federation, namely - the residents of the Chechen Republic?

We did not expect to hear anything similar from Vladimir Solovyov, who is treated with respect. Like many Chechens (and Caucasians in general), I'm sympathetic to his political views repeatedly voiced in the media. But his statements at the broadcast of «Vesti FM» are, according to me, a stab in the back of the part of the audience which felt sincere sympathies towards him!

Because of the complex situation after the collapse of the Soviet Union, because of the inability or unwillingness to bring order to the Caucasus, and, most of all, as I understand it, in order to destabilize the situation in the region, in the 1990s Chechnya was artificially turned into an enclave where criminals and wicked from all over the world were brought.

As a result, in order to restore order in 1994 the civil war with the Chechen population was played out. Chechen people became a member of the play, and according to its organizers it was given the role of the victim. My people was accused of all the hardships that have occurred in Chechnya, as well as a whole across the country, not caused by the Chechen people.

At that time, we have turned into a negative element in the society. I lived outside the republic for 24 years, and I remember how people used to express their negative attitude to us. With the participation of the media the image of Chechen bloodsuckers was presented to the society, as if we were the wicked, who do not want to live in peace and harmony with all the rest.

Exactly in difficult times for the country, when horrific events took place in the Chechen land, when people were trying to somehow survive, - at that moment incomprehensible people (I am sure this was an order) recorded monstrous crimes.

This is to ensure that, in any place, at any time, people can turn to the archive and show this dirt, and say, "This is the true face of the Chechens, that's their culture!" Unfortunately, we see how this is used by some journalists, politicians - to incite ethnic hatred, in case when they need a red herring to hide something substantial.

It is unknown what kind of assessment will be given to the statements of Vladimir Solovyov by the prosecutor's office of Chechnya, but certainly it can be assured that people are outraged and concerned about such offensive words on the radio «Vesti FM».

Statements by well-known Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov on Radio «Vesti FM» received strong condemnation of the residents of the North Caucasus republics.

In social networks of the internet a survey has been created which exhibits a sensational audio broadcast. The actual question is as follows: "Do you think that the statements of Vladimir Soloviev on the radio «Vesti FM » is the evidence of abuse of the peoples of Russia and the facts that violate the legitimate interests and rights of the citizens of the Russian Federation? Is there, in your opinion, the fact of fomenting ethnic hatred in his remarks? "

Most respondents expressed that the statements of Vladimir Solovyov have highly insulted them, and they are defamatory.

Alexander Bulgakov:

 - The beginning is quite adequate, the problem of education is raised, but later... Rudeness, incivility. Something about the culture was said; in general, he instantly became someone whom he himself had discussed.

- Yes, I'm shocked, I had always respected him!

 - Really, until that time I respected Solovyov, though I was not personally acquainted with him. Just at this moment I can safely say that this man had fallen in my eyes. I am more than sure that I am not alone.

 - He snapped for some reason. I watched his show "To the Barrier" on Caucasian subjects, and he behaved normally. Here I feel overt hatred. Apparently, he faced "bad Caucasians."

 - It should be disgusting to him to say this, shouldn’t it? He is apparently intelligent and well-educated person. Generally, this is heresy; the facts should be the facts and not generalization and manipulation. "

 Karina Magomedova:

 - He has no right to say this, to mock, to parody Caucasian accent. It would be better if Caucasian communities do not come out to protest in front of embassies but initiate a claim".

Rodion Rodionov:

- I am totally disappointed in this man, who was the guide of programs on the history, and then started to make policy! Such statements are not acceptable in this country, especially on the radio ... It is stupid and completely wrong to generalize and to separate one nation from the other, especially in our multinational country. All people are equal, there are normal and abnormal among every peoples. And offending all the people, the whole country goes beyond all limits. This man is too selfish; he makes cheap prestige among the uneducated public.

A correspondent of Kavkazskaya Politika has contacted a member of the Union of Writers of Chechnya Zelimkhan Musayev, who as deputy minister of the Chechen Republic has recently successfully overseen the national policy. After listening to this broadcast of Vladimir Solovyov and Anna Shafran, our source expressed his vision in some detail speaking out in the following terms:

"The situation in Russia has been in crisis for more than a year. And this permanent crisis is introduced by certain forces, fiercely hating the Russian state and wishing it a quick death.

As one of the main drivers of the struggle against us, these forces are using xenophobia, successfully cultivated in society through the media. I am not going to justify the dregs from the Chechens, the so-called representatives of my own people. But, say, do we have few hooligans among other ethnic groups? Not a few and no less than among the Chechens!

Here the so-called "Chechen trace" has the special role of long-range artillery, methodically striking on the Russian state. We remember Solovyov 12 years ago, speaking of "colonels in power," clearly implying the elected president of Russia Vladimir Putin. Now, apparently, the mission has undergone a transformation, but the general line is the same: it is simply vital to keep on their toes the entire Russian society!

Fortunately, the war in Chechnya is over. But some people really need to make the others feel its metastases today. Unfortunately, there were even heads cut off. The football match with the Russian heads cut off is, I'm sorry, too much, this is frank bullshit.

Because we, Chechens living in our homeland, anyway, should have such information. And, believe me, Chechens would condemn this evil, as disgust for such crimes is reflected in our mentality. Read Pushkin (his poem "Tazit") or Tolstoy, his "Hadji Murad"!

There were victims ... But who today will dare to calculate the intrinsic rate of national grief and evil? For example, in the spring of 2002 from his apartment in Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny my cousin Shamil Edilov was taken away and still his fate is not known, while the dismembered corpse of his neighbor, gone along with my cousin, was found on one of the urban landfills.

And not the Chechens but the feds did this! But now it is not the time for pointless recriminations. God judge these butchers! Now our common ship, called the Russian state, is meant to sink. And we are keenly aware of this and willing to work together and forget about the previous abuse and pain, to save our common Russian civilization.

I mentioned Tolstoy. Re-read his novels, and there you will see everything! But the situation is a little different: during two hundred years interdiffusion occurred in the Russian and Chechen mentality. Chechens in the vast majority are raised on the works of Russian classics, they are cheering for the Russian national football and hockey. Russians also largely absorbed the elements of the Caucasus. Our shared memory deposited frontline fraternity, participation in both world wars, a number of local military campaigns.

And here we can say with confidence that a lot of Russian people throughout Russia at the family level are friends with the Chechens, and know that there is much unbridled slander about them. We, Chechens, have repeatedly petitioned our brigands, if we do not interfere with the media, these nightingale trills from Nightingale the Robber. It is paradoxical, but true!

The media incite anti-Chechen hysteria, and all around Russia "wolf hunting" is resumed, and this affects primarily decent respectable Chechens. And in the end no one does not want to remember, because of what, why and how all this orgy started.

We are hearing only reproaches to the Chechens, which cause involuntary mass hysteria in the Russian society. The result is infringed rights of NORMAL law-abiding Chechens. Meanwhile, Chechen-speaking scums hide in their burrows until their next attacks. Who knows, if they work, these dregs of Chechen society, for the same Solovyov, periodically receiving from him the order to commit any mischief.

Our problem is that we do not have the possibility to anticipate and timely prevent such provocations. Alone Chechens seriously fail. For this reason, we openly outlined the thesis of our strategic partnership with the Russian people, and we are willing to act in the interests of the Russian state, as it has been stated many times at different levels. We need an alliance with the Russian, and the true Russians will gratefully give a hand of brotherhood to us.

And what do you think: do puppeteers and their ideological accomplices and mercenaries in Russia like this trend? Of course not! Because (let me paraphrase the famous Russian saying) water will again become transparent, and even then the situation will become clear, will become much more transparent. And then the mask will be dumped!

"Functionaries like Solovyov conscientiously earn their" Judas bread ", and they will never allow it! Simply being consistent in our actions, we must show our determination and go to the end, knowing that the so-called anti-Chechen hysteria is actually a blow to Russia itself", Zelimkhan Musayev concludes.
