VII Forum of CIS Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia starts in Ashgabat

A two-day VII Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the
CIS countries has started in Ashgabat. It is dedicated to developing a
strategy of humanitarian cooperation, Trend reports with reference to
an official Turkmen source.


The event will be held in the form of plenary sessions and round
tables such as "Development Strategy for Humanitarian Cooperation of
the CIS countries: trends and prospects", "2012 - the year of sport
and healthy lifestyle", etc.

Turkmenistan is hosting the forum in the capacity of the chairman of
the CIS in 2012.
