Belarusian leader offers refinery privatization in exchange for Russian oil and gas extraction

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that he was ready to allow Russian businessmen to privatize refineries in exchange for an opportunity of Belarusian businessmen to engage in Russian oil and gas extraction developments, RIA Novosti reports.
Lukashenko emphasized in Minsk on Tuesday that the Constitutional Act of the Allied State of Belarus and Russia would help implement common currency. Although, he believes that lack of such act is not a big disadvantage for the Allied State.
The Belarusian president reminded that not a single post-Soviet state had achieved the same integration success as Belarus and Russia.
