Armenia forms budget for 2013

Armenia has formed a state budget of $3.21 billion for 2013, exceeding the previous year’s budget by 13%. Expenditure in 2013 will total $2.82 billion, exceeding that of 2012 by 10%, it was stated by Gagik Minasyan of the Republican Party, Chairman of the parliamentary commission for financing, credits and budget affairs, PanArmenian reports.

The MP said that joint sessions of parliaments will start on October 30 to discuss the budget. Extended talks will start on November 12. MPs, commissions and parties will have 4 days to present their disagreements with the budget project. A new project would then be passed within four days of the parliamentary session or at the next session.
