AAP Consortium signs deal on sales of TNK-BP share to Rosneft

The AAP Consortium has signed a preliminary deal to sell its share in TNK-BP to Rosneft for $28 billion, ITAR-TASS reports.

Mark Kleinman, a Skynews economic observer, said that the deal was made on Tuesday night. It may still be reconsidered.
