Kadyrov claims there are only 40 militants in Chechnya

The Head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, has said that there are no more than 35-40 militants in Chechnya.

Kadyrov also said the authorities were searching for militant leader Doku Umarov. "He has no power, he's afraid of his own shadow, but his name is still powerful," Kadyrov said.
