NATO is not welcome

“Russian information strike on NATO” – is a characteristic of the recently presented portal http://anti-nato.com which is working according to the best Soviet traditions of agitation and propaganda. The ideologists of the web-site – KPRF and the organization Lenin Komsomol – present their point of view on extension of NATO and see their own mission in “independent spreading information on true activities and steps made by the alliance in the world.” The information is presented subjectively in the web-site.

The initiators see their know-how in a so called map of occupation. “This is an interactive map created by our specialists using Google programs,” Irina Filatova, the member of the Youth Public Chamber of Russia, says. “There are many signs on it today. They are divided into six groups: states-members of NATO; countries included into a short-list – candidates for accession; NATO operations; NATO bases; transit and transport ways; war games. These groups might be traced separately. One can click to a certain field and see where it happened. But if we look in general, we will see what are consequences of NATO policy as Russia finds itself is a circle of these developments which we still cannot estimate objectively.”

“NATO is a Western military machine which was established for the West could use those resources which they don’t have after the dissolution of the colonial system. And we have the richest country in the world,” Viktor Sobolev, the coordinator of the project Anti-NATO, states. “NATO’s aim is to capture our resources. All steps made by NATO are aimed at depriving countries which have resources of the opportunity to use them in favor of their people. Unfortunately, today we have nothing to set against NATO.” Sobolev criticized the conditions of our modern army, which should cause “a deep concern of any normal person.”

“Today the world undergoes the global crisis. The global crisis is not global in fact,” Konstantin Sivkov, first vice-president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, thinks. “It is a crisis of the West civilization, i.e. a crisis of West civilization’s ideas. Only the control over global resources can help West ideas to survive. And Russia plays a key role in this issue. They couldn’t control Russian resources and the Middle East resources without the control over Russia. Iraq and Afghanistan showed that the military machine of NATO yields facing resistance of population which is ready to fight for its country. Iraq and Afghanistan are two lost wars. Today they fight for Russia. NATO is a military organization of civilization character. It is not a simple bloc. It is a military organization of the West civilization which solves the problem of a global control in favor of West civilization’s ideas. Detection of technologies, methods, approaches, forms, organizations, structures, aims, and targets of NATO activity are the key task which is fulfilled by this site.

The most important instrument of contradiction is information wars. Moreover, today none of conflicts is started without information wars. Spreading information on the essence of NATO; detection of lie broadcasted by TV; showing of real face of the bloc which is demonstrated in its conflicts in Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria; unveiling illegal character of these conflicts; unveiling of the fifth column of NATO which is acting in our country and is an enemy of our country – those who store money in foreign banks, represent interests of NATO rather than Russia, call themselves liberals; detection of their real plans and aims are initial tasks for our population today. We can build army, revive special services, reconstruct economy only if our people realize that they are being destroyed effectively by these means.”
