Russian and South Ossetian leaders to have negotiations tomorrow

Russian and South Ossetian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Leonid Tibilov will discuss bilateral relations, socio-economic development, cooperation in international and regional affairs.

Tibilov will be in Moscow from October 23-25.
