Georgian Dream leader accuses president of war in South Ossetia

Bidzina Ivanishvili, leader of the Georgian Dream coalition and candidate for Prime Minister, has accused President Mikheil Saakashvili and his United National Movement of starting the war in South Ossetia in 2008, RIA Novosti reports.

Ivanishvili expressed hope that Russia and Georgia would restore relations. He believes that proper actions and diplomacy may help return the territories.
