Presidential envoy says North Caucasus development programme will change the region

The Presidential envoy to the North Caucasus federal district says the development programme will change the region. This programme will be realized in social, economic and turism directions. 

During the Second International Forum Alexandr Khloponin says that the North Caucasus has a great potential. Accordind to him, the investment model is acceptable for others Russian regions
