Ukraine’s Party of Regions gets 35.03% of vote

The Central Electoral Commission of Ukraine has processed 50% of protocols. The Party of Regions has 35.03% of votes, Fatherland of Yulia Timoshenko has 21.98%, Communist Party 14.89%, UDAR of Vitaly Klichko 12.88%, Freedom 8.34%.

The Ukrainian parliament has 450 seats for members elected for 5 years. Half of them are elected according to proportional and half according to majority systems.
