Azerbaijani FM wins Positive Personality Award

On October 30 the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, received a delegation led by Zoran Jivkovic, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia and Vice-President of the Advisory Board of the International Institute for Middle Eastern and Balkan Studies (İFİSEM) located in Slovenia, Trend cites the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry as saying.

During the meeting Jivkovic presented the IFISEM's Award for "Positive Personality in the Field of Foreign Policy in the Year 2011" to Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

Minister Mammadyarov expressed his gratitude to the organisation. The Minister also underlined that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to cooperation with Balkan countries in various fields.
