Islamic funerals of terrorists banned in Chechnya

The Muslim Administration of Chechnya has proposed a ban for Muslim funerals of terrorists. Chairman of the Muslim Administration Sultan Mirzayev said that terrorists were drowning in blood of women, elderly and children, Izvestia reports.

The Chechen government has not commented on the idea yet, press secretary of the Chechen leader Alvi Kerimov said.

Russian authorities reminded that the bill on burial and funerals allows dead people to be buried only at cemeteries.
