Gazprom and PGNIG set gas prices

Gazprom has reduced gas prices for PGNIG SA (Poland). Gazprom Vice CEO Alexander Medvedev and PGNIG SA CEO Grajina Piotrovskaya-Oliva signed an additional agreement to their contract, Prime reports.

Gas transported using the Yamal-Europe Pipeline will be sold according to market prices. The take-or-pay principles will still be in force.

The agreement will end the disputes at the Stockholm Arbitrary Court PGNIG referred toin 2011 to get a gas discount from Gazprom.
