Beketov becomes Speaker of Parliament in Krasnodar Territory

Vladimir Beketov has become the Speaker of Parliament of the Krasnodar Territory. He has already been the speaker for 17 years.

Beketov was introduced by Governor Alexander Tkachyov as a member of the United Russia Party. The party has the majority of seats at the parliament.
