Azerbaijan marks Constitution Day

Azerbaijan is marking the Constitution Day. The Constitution was developed by a special commission of Heydar Aliyev and passed by a referendum on November 12, 1995.

The document consists of 5 sections, 12 chapters and 158 articles. The country has several branches of power, where the president is the head of the executive branch.
