Murderer of head of Khasavyurtovsky District extradited from Germany

Khabib Umakhanov, a criminal on the international wanted list suspect of murdering head of the Khasavyurtovsky District of Dagestan Alimsoltan Alkhamatov in Moscow in September 2009, has been extradited from Berlin to Moscow today.

Alkhamatov was shot by Umakhanov and two other men in his car. His bodyguard was gravely wounded.
