Azerbaijani citizen crosses Armenian border illegally

Telman Aliyev, 1972, an Azerbaijani citizen from the Alpoud Village of the Gazakhsky District, illegally crossed the Armenian border in the Tavush District. The deaf and mute man explained that he had not noticed crossing the border because of the dense fog when tending cattle.
