National policy development delayed in Russia

Vyacheslav Mikhaylov, head of the working group for development of the national strategy of Russia, said today that there were no guarantees that the strategy would be ready by December 1, RIA Novosti reports.

The president ordered approval of the strategy before December 1 and formed a working group at the presidential council for interethnic relations.
