Azerbaijani shooter at wedding arrested

Seymur Nabizade, 18, who was shooting during a wedding in Moscow, has been arrested by the Tverskoy Court, Interfax reports.

Investigators charged him with hooliganism (medium-level crime) and say that the suspect may hide if released.
