Iran to invest in Lebanese dam construction

Iran plans to invest about $40 million in dam construction in the Balaa District. Lebanese Minister for Energy and Water Resources Jebran Bassil and Iranian Minister for Energy Majid Namju plan made an investment agreement in Beirut, ISNA reports.

Iranian Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi said that the two states planned to increase trade turnover from $150 million to $2.1 billion.
