Second blast in Utsukulsky District of Dagestan

Two officers and a civilian died and 9 other people were injured by another blast in Shamil-Kala of the Utsukulsky District in Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports.

The first blast happened at the former bank at 9.30 am today.
