Armenian president refuses to meet with Azerbaijani counterpart

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has refused to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Paris in December 2012.

The idea was suggested by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk group.

Meanwhile, the Azerbaijani president's office informed the Minsk Group that Azerbaijan is not interested in maintaining the status quo in Nagorno-Karabakh.
