Georgia will conduct maritime exercises with Turkish coastguard vessel

On the 14th of July a Turkish TCSG-122 coastguard vessel will enter Georgian territorial waters, reports "Georgia Online". According to the Georgian Border Service, the visit is being made in the framework of bilateral military cooperation between the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces and the Georgian Border Service. A welcoming ceremony will take place at the port of Poti, the crew will meet with mayor of the town and with the operation's command. On the 15th of July the Turkish ship will arrive in Batumi, where practical exercises will take place. Cultural events are also planned. The ship will leave Georgian territorial waters on the 16th of July.
