Azerbaijan and Spain intensify cooperatation

The visit of an Azerbaijani delegation to Spain was marked today by signing a bilateral agreement on cooperation in culture, education,

science and sports.

Before signing the contract the Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf
Khalafov met with Secretary of State for External Affairs Gonzalo de
Benito Secades and president of the Committee on Foreign Relations of
the Senate of Spain Alejandro Alonso Munez-Ledo.

Khalafov noted the great potential for cooperation between the
countries and stressed the importance of intensifying cooperation in
the fields of culture, education, science, sports, energy relations

and the economy.
