Great Mosque of Pyatigorsk to move

Bailiffs have recently sealed the almost-finished building of the
mosque in Pyatigorsk. The authorities are planning to relocate the mosque
somewhere else.

The main reason for transferring the mosque elsewhere was an
unsolvable situation surrounding access to and parking at the building.
The deputy head of the region, Sergei Ushakov  added that the
construction was carried out without proper documents, with risks to
the builders and those who attend mosque.

The new territory of the construction of the mosque in Pyatigorsk or
its suburbs will soon be chosen.
