Head of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration explains deputy appointments

Ramiz Mekhtiyev, head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, has explained that the three deputies had been appointed to increase productivity of the structure, ANS reports.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had appointed them last week.
