Azerbaijani mobile phone users to preserve numbers in 2013

Mobile phone users in Azerbaijan will be offered to use the Mobile Number Portability function in 2013, Minister for Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov said.

Azerbaijani operators will switch to a 10-digit system of phone numbers.
