2 Russians were on Volgo Balt 199, ministry says

There were two Russian citizens (not one, as reported earlier) on the Volgo Balt 199 ship, which recently sank not far from Istanbul, the Russian foreign ministry says in a statement.

The second Russian seaman has not been found so far.
