Deputy transportation minister attacked in Kabardino-Balkaria

Unidentified assailants attempted to blow up the vehicle of Kabardino-Balkarian Deputy Transportation Minister Vladislav Dyadchenko when he was driving off from house N54 on Tarchokova Street at about 9.20 am, RIA Novosti reports.
