Materials of Igor Bestujev, former head of administration of the Stavropol Territory, will soon receive materials of his case and then they will be sent to the court, as stated by Yevgeny Dashkevich, head of the section for monitoring of laws on corruption control of prosecutors of the Stavropol Territory, Interfax reports.
Bestujev is suspected of receiving a bribe worth 50 million rubles for registering 5 hectares of land belonging to the municipality of the Stavropol Territory. He is also suspected of receiving a bribe worth 1.8 million for helping lease a land lot. The police suspect the official of storing 6 bullets for a gun.
