Iranian specialists prepare to launch North Korean rocket

South Korean paper Chosun Ilbo says that Iranian specialists are involved in preparing a North Korean rocket for launch. They were invited after the failed launch of the rocket that had fallen into the Yellow Sea two minutes after taking off in April 2012.
