Karachay-Cherkessia to build shoe factory

Russian Presidential Envoy to the NCFD Alexander Khloponin and Karachay-Cherkessian Leader Rashid Temrezov are supporting formation of shoe industry with an output of 1 million pairs annually in the capital of the republic Cherkessk.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ordered guarantees to be provided for realization of the project. About 1.4 billion rubles will be invested in shoe industry. The project was initiated by Obuv Rossii.
