Abkhaz rescuers to help Russian border guards

An Abkhaz rescue team went to help to Russian border guards injured in

a hard landing of an Mi-8 helicopter in the mountains of Abkhazia.

 

As the head of the national Office of Emergency Management Leo

Kvitsinia said, an Abkhazian rescue team has flown to the scene of the

accident near Lake Riza, RIA Novosti repored.

 

According to reports, there were 10 people in the helicopter, four of

them evacuated, others are still in the mountains.

 

VK previously reported this morning that a

helicopter of the Russian Federal Security Service had had an

accident in the area of Lake Riza in Abkhazia. All the passengers are

alive, but two of them are in a critical condition. Others received various injuries.
