New first deputy prime minister appointed in Dagestan

Today the President of the Republic of Dagestan, Magomedsalam Magomedov,

appointed Oleg Lipatov as First Deputy Prime Minister,  RIA

"Dagestan" reports, referring to the press service of the head of the republic.

The appointment was carried out in accordance with Article 78 of the

Constitution of the Republic of Dagestan.
