Russian president to mention moral values in message to Federal Assembly

Russian President Vladimir Putin will mention moral and ethic values in his message to the Federal Assembly, spokesman of the head of the Presidential Administration Sergey Ivanov said.

The message will also give an image of prospects of the next years, economic and political initiatives and orders to the government.
